Relax. Restore. Release

So often we live in our heads, caught in thought, analysis, and noise. Yoga becomes the practice that gently guides me back into the body, into the breath, and into what is happening now; a state of clarity, presence, and inner calm.

ABOUT ATRIA

Yoga for every mind and body...

_DSC3634.jpg

Yoga became my way of balancing ambition with stillness. movement with meaning.

After years in high-performing environments, I was drawn to practices that felt intentional and sustainable. My journey began in India, where I spent several years immersed in the study of yoga beyond the physical postures. I later completed my 200-hour Teacher Training in Toronto in the Tirumalai Krishnamacharya lineage, a tradition rooted in breath-centered, individualized practice.

Today, I teach yoga designed for real bodies and real lives especially for those who sit long hours, carry stress in their backs and shoulders, or feel disconnected from their breath.

I believe yoga should feel welcoming, not overwhelming.
Strong, but soft.
Grounded, but expansive.
